We use AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, ArchiCAD and Sketchup so that we can create 3D models with our clients in order to make the design process intuitive. This technology, (also referred to as BIM: building information modelling) allows us to almost prototype your project before we build it. This makes the construction way easier, and also eliminates some of the mistakes that used to happen with old school pen and paper drawings. All this makes for a better and more economical project. NIEIL SANCHETI, ARCHITECT, PRINCIPAL

Nieil Sancheti Architects was founded in 2010 by Nieil Sancheti and is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India. Sancheti has over 23 years of proven professional experience in the architecture industry with a first class Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, in 2001, from the Siddeshwar Shikshan Mandal's College of Architecture, Solapur (affiliated to the Shivaji University, Kolhapur). A native of the hill-station town Coonoor in Tamil Nadu, Sancheti has natural hill-architecture experience and relishes the challenges of designing and building in the hills.

Sancheti acquired invaluable design expertise as an Architect at the notable architecture firms of G&G Associates, Bangalore and Rathi Associates, Bangalore. Sancheti was also a Project Manager at Hooloomann and Associates, Mauritius, and worked on project managing challenging Hospitality projects in Maldives, Seychelles and Mauritius. This experience was invaluable as it now allows him to weave through difficult and complex projects.

Over time NSA has done quite a lot of exciting and challenging work in the hills of Nilgiris - Tamil Nadu and Coorg - Karnataka apart from multiple projects all over India. We are big believers of the fact that buildings and their surroundings should be environmentally sustainable with respect to the local context and community that they are situated in. Over the years, NSA has steadily grown with Sancheti in the lead and continues to do so.
